Registration Information
Registration forms and fees are collected once per year during the summer session. Please submit registration forms along with the $35 non-refundable registration fee on or before the first day your child attends camp.
Registration forms and payment can be submitted in person on your first day of camp.
Register online using the link below or download the printable forms. Regardless of the method of registration, forms must be received by Camp Cheatham Hill on or before the first day a child attends camp.
